Renewed commitment to UK and EMEA market pays dividends at Ionix Service Manager

Record growth at Ionix Service Manager leads to new appointments in the UK

Ionix Service Manager, a leading supplier and developer of web-based IT Service Management software for enterprise organisations, is set to report record growth for year ending June 2004. Globally the company has outperformed all of its records, with the UK and EMEA region revenue up 60% on the previous year. Ionix Service Manager is looking to build on this success and has promoted Simon Nugent to General Manager EMEA. Further appointments for sales and technical positions will be announced shortly as will new distributorships throughout EMEA.

Mr Nugent has twelve years experience in the IT Service Management industry, and has spent the past year as Business Operations Manager at Ionix Service Manager. Mr Nugent commented, "The rapid growth of Ionix Service Manager's UK operations is a direct result of a restructuring that has given us a greater focus on the EMEA markets. We have signed up several significant new customers across the UK and Europe, and expanded the usage of Ionix Service Manager within many of our existing customer sites."

As Mr Nugent explains, "In the most recent version of our product, advanced workflow features have been specifically included to help sophisticated organisations in the UK and EMEA implement complex ITIL processes faster." This and other features have been welcomed by the Ionix Service Manager customer base, and the enthusiastic response has resulted in a number of high-profile implementations of the new software.

As part of the continuing expansion programme Ionix Service Manager will be relocating from its offices in Esher to new, more spacious premises near Guildford. Mr. Nugent said, "2003/4 has been a great year for Ionix Service Manager. We have seen record growth, we have proven our commitment to the UK and EMEA markets with new products, and we are recruiting significant numbers of new staff. We will continue to work with our clients to drive development of the product, ensuring that we continue to add value to our customers' businesses."
