Verisign and Ionix Service Manager present Asset Tracking Success at ITIM 2003 Expo
Ionix Service Manager has announced that Becky Fleming of VeriSign and Kim Draeger of Ionix Service Manager will be featured speakers at the First Annual IT Ionix Service Managerstructure Management Conference & Expo (ITIM 2003), the first industry event to address the evolution of IT infrastructure management and service integration.
ITIM 2003 will be held October 26th - 29th, 2003, at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA.
Becky Fleming, Asset Manager at VeriSign and Kim Draeger, Senior Consultant at Ionix Service Manager will discuss how VeriSign's Asset Management Team successfully implemented an asset tracking solution using Ionix Service Manager software; how the team made its decision in choosing the best solution; how the process was implemented; and how they plan for continued success of the Ionix Service Manager solution.
The ITIM 2003 conference will cover all aspects of IT processes, IT infrastructure management, and IT Service Management.
