Ionix Service Manager earns enhanced PinkVerify ITIL certification

Ionix Service Manager, an international developer of software for automating IT Service Management processes in enterprise level organizations, today announced that its Ionix Service Manager web-based application has been awarded an enhanced level of PinkVerify(tm) ITIL certification, by ITIL consultancy and education specialists Pink Elephant.

The enhanced certification verifies Ionix Service Manager for Service Level Management across both Service Desk and Change Management processes, in addition to the application's existing verification for Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management. Ionix Service Manager will additionally seek verification for Release Management later in 2003.

Ionix Service Manager's decision to gain enhanced ITIL verification reflects its commitment to providing a true enterprise solution, said Chris Wade, Director of US operations at Ionix Service Manager.
